From the moment I took my first breath, life has been a journey of lost and found.
A devastating accident threatened to take away my life, my legs, my fighting spirit refused to accept that my parents were going to be full time carers from the age of 15.
Rather than shrinking from the challenges, I have dug deep in hope of discovering that light at the end of the tunnel. But then at 25 I gave birth to our firstborn still.
It was like I didn't have control of my own life.
It was controlled by experiences I would never want anyone to go through.
Through it all, I have learned that the only limitations I face are the ones I impose on myself.
When grief has threatened to consume me, I chose 15 years later not to be defined by my past traumas.
Instead, I channeled my hard-won wisdom and resilience into something truly empowering -
